"Masters of Most LLC is excellent to work with. The house is a rent house far from me, so I am not able to be there on site. No worries about that. Great communication, ideas, pricing, workmanship. "His team was very professional. The attention to detail was impressive. The smallest piece of exposed wood was covered with new siding. Cleanup was also very good. They even removed wiring and other things left behind by an electrician working for a different company. I had no complaints about any of their work. "Comment: They helped by replacing my roof as well as installing gutters, fixing broken windows, repairing carpentry, and painting. They also helped me process my insurance claims. They're very knowledgeable; they made sure my insurance company compensated me for all the current Dallas city building codes. "It went great....explained to Aaron that we had water come in the house when it rained....he replaced pipe to septic tank...pored cement sidewalk and dug a drainage ditch around perimeter of house and fixed the problem....highly recommend aaron....price is good and work done quickly...."

"I have used Sunshine in the past which is the reason I used them for this job. Eddie and his crew are very professional and friendly.They were always on time and completed the job on time. Never left a mess and always used care not to damage any walls, floors or furniture. I gave Eddie the challenge of installing a "custom" floor in the bathroom. There's no simple answer to which is less costly: wood or metal-framed homes. In most cases, metal building components cost more than wooden ones, while entire metal buildings cost less than wooden versions. However, regardless of the exterior framing or structure, each must meet similar building codes. This means that the costs are about the same, even considering that wood will require more maintenance than metal over time.

The timeline to build your barn will depend on the barn type and the company you hire. A pole barn may take six weeks or so, while a traditionally framed or steel-framed barn can take four months or longer. Building a barndominium takes the longest because you are essentially building a new home. You can expect barndominiums to take six months or longer to build.

Your chicken coop needs to be off the ground to protect your chickens and avoid problems brought on by flooding, mud, and moisture. If you can't locate a high area to build the coop, you should build an elevated coop to ensure it stays dry. 

This answer varies based on where you are, but most states require that all homes are greater than 320 square feet. Remember that four walls are not the only requirements—windows, closet space, minimal ceiling heights, and indoor air quality are also factors. Each state and municipality differs, though, and as some don’t consider tiny homes permanent shelters, you’ll need to check to ensure you aren’t violating any local or state laws with your build.
