"Masters of Most LLC is excellent to work with. The house is a rent house far from me, so I am not able to be there on site. No worries about that. Great communication, ideas, pricing, workmanship. The difference between a pole barn and a stick-built barn is in the construction. Large poles in the ground provide support for pole barns. Pole barns are more cost-effective because they require fewer materials and less labor.

The maximum size of a tiny home you can move depends on your state transportation guidelines, but the rule of thumb is a maximum of 400 square feet. However, as long as it falls within the local limits for traveling on public roadways, you should be good to hit the road.

Whether you should choose a flat roof or a sloped roof depends on your particular situation. Flat roofs tend to be less expensive to install. However, sloped roofs have longer lifespans and stand up better to heavy snow and other inclement weather.

Keep in mind that even a flat roof needs to have a slight slope, usually around 1/2 inch for every foot. If it is completely flat, water will pool and cause damage, either from weight or leakage or rot.

It’s much less expensive to build a house with wood. This is because wood is relatively inexpensive, strong enough to endure decades or even centuries of weathering and pressure, and is easier to replace if there are issues.
