Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

"I think that they were actually the only ones that hangout and gave me an estimate and I had search on the internet with Angie's list trying to get an idea what it looks to be cost me and I don't think it was all because anybody had told me anything about them but I even called anybody but I'm pretty sure nobody else came out and gave me a quote. Thinking that they actually did not happen to put in another water to pierce and he did not increase the price, he's stuck with the quote that he had given me so just stuck with this even though there was a little bit more work. When fence was built, I asked for a rot board on the bottom rail (1x6), the extra price of the wood was included in the bid...They forgot the rot board and pickets go all the way to ground, we spoke of a DISCOUNT on the next job or rebate...never happened..

Owner of company took measurements for new sliding glass door...the measurements were wrong...Home DEPOT was kind enough NOT to charge me a restock fee.

When the new door came in weeks later, they didn't return our calls.  The rest of the work was complete and they were paid.

It was only a couple hundred bucks...we gave up...

I was going to call them when the door sliding glass door arrived for install...my wife said NO...

We hired someone else rather than give MCS another dime...

No...I would not utilize this company for anything other than PAINT and ROOF...
