"Well, unlike Ernest W, we had a great experience with Brandon and Jamie from Smith County Contracting. They were always here when they said they would be. Showed up early and even worked late as needed in this very hot September weather in Texas. Totally delivered on everything they promised and we did too. We treated them to lunch 3 days and topped it off with a bonus 30-pack of beer each after the job was completed. Even encouraged them to swim in the pool afterwards. I believe in rewarding people for their hard work. They also had the best price for the best value from the 3 different quotes we got. Brandon says he loves what he does and looks forward to doing it every day. He even routered the edge of the boards right next to the pool, the steps, and the rails to give everything a nice smooth look and feel. I would highly recommend Smith County Contracting for any and all of your construction and building needs!"

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
