They were VERY accomodating and reworked the plan design several times before starting the project and during the project. They communicated during every step of the way to assure we were more than happy with the results. As we wanted a design with zero grass, South Eden was extremely knowledgeable in hardscaping options, plant selection, and plant location to make the design perfect for our layout. The team that came to complete the landscaping were on time and very pleasant to work with. My specific ratings are below as a single "5 STAR" doesn't do them justice: 1. Communication and Followup: 5 STAR (most landscaping companies didn't even bother to call us back 2. Landscape planning and design: 5 STAR 3. Pricing: 5 STAR (estimate was 60% of the other landscaping companies) 4. Quality of work and product: 5 STAR I look forward to working with South Eden again when we redo our front landscaping this spring"
