There was a lot going on here when they came out, and I never did monitor them. We xeriscaped our front yard and wanted to convert that to used less water. They charged us over $1000 to convert to higher sprays, but they kept finding leaks and the price kept going up. They were supposed to check our back and side yards too, but since they were here, several heads have broken off. Why didn't they do a proper inspection? Also they reinstalled my control box and it cannot be manually controlled, or programmed. When these leaks in the back happened, they charged me $100 to fix one pipe and replace a head (they claimed it had checked before and charged me to come out and do a replacement. WHY DIDN'T THEY DO A COMPLETE CHECK AND ESTIMATE THE FIRST TIME? I HAD ALSO THOUGHT OF DRIP IRRIGATION ON AN INITIAL VISIT A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO.
