During the installation I requested a change in style nail and caulking to be used. Mr. Zare responded promptly and instructed the change. "M & M Roofing, siding & windows replaced the builders’ grade pressed paper with James Hardie siding. It was painted and sealed. They added 6” gutters with leaf blaster plus screens. The crew that did the Hardie siding did a beautiful job. They were meticulous in their installation and cleanup. The painters that came in behind the siding crew did a wonderful job. There were no overruns and they matched our colors exactly. The gutter crew came in after the roof was replaced and were finished in a few hours. Gutters look great and were put in professionally.
