Even though we have a full inspection of our unit in September he checked all the pipes, pressures, and made sure when he left we would remain comfortable in our house. He was great, hope he comes back."

After the installation it became difficult to get they to finish all the detail associated with the complete job, i.e., setting up phone access (per agreement) and repairing something unrelated to the AC project, though it was part of the overall agreement.
