"Did not recieve the estimate after the consultant arrived. When I called back received the estimate very quickly. However the estimate was over 20K for 15 plantation shutter windows which is about double any of the other estimates."

He was our first visitor in our first home, and what a welcome visitor he was! :) Before visiting our home to take measurements, show us our options, and give us a final estimate, Claude asked for information about our house and windows. When he showed up, turns out I had NO idea what I was talking about, so Claude gently corrected the information I had shared and patiently explained the difference between windows. He provided sage advice but let me make the final decision on all of our options. He delivered exactly what we wanted and increased the property value of our home well beyond the cost of the shutters and installation! Unfortunately, there was a warehouse fire where our shutters were painted, so there was a delay in their delivery and installation. But they were worth the wait!
