Once the order was placed, they kept us updated on the progress of the manufacturing cycle. Once the blinds were complete, we scheduled an installation time that was met exactly. Installation went seamlessly, and the blinds (3" wood slats) and shades (blackouts in the bedrooms, in colors matching our paint scheme) look awesome. When we are ready to update the blinds in the main family room to something a bit more extravagant (its a long-term goal, but goals are important, right?), Budget Blinds of Mansfield will be the first place we contact."
