Showcase Carpet Cleaning was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appointment. Mr. Herzog was polite, fair, and extremely conscientious. He even gave me spot remover solution so I can tackle my pet mishaps between cleanings. I asked him to put me on his list of frequent customers."

"They were a very responsive, customer friendly company. They even acommodated my schedule, which I appreciated. They used a new process I hadn't seen before. Initially it looked really good. However, after a month the carpets looked about the same as they had, so I'm not sure of the longevity of the cleaning process. The company was very nice and responsive. I really liked them and would give them a second chance."
