This is the best window company EVER! Because of supply chain issues beyond the ownerâ s control, we had to wait from June to the end of November to get our new windows, but the wait was so worth it! The crew did an amazing job of installing the windows, and they cleaned up afterwards perfectly! They truly went the extra mile to do an outstanding job. This is the only window company I would even consider hiring.

From Marty's visit to Ron and his crew finishing the install, everything went smoothly. Their knowledge and efficiency in getting the job done, no matter what the issues were, impressed us. They always explained to us what was being done and what was left to do. The crew arrived on time and finished within the time they had estimated. The job site was cleaned up and all the old windows and trash were hauled away. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

What a great company! Not only did Guardian Windows meet and surpass my needs, they came in WAY under the competition; I am not going to bash other companies, but I paid about 50% of what I would have paid at one of the bigger window companies. Marty, the owner, came out to my house around my schedule and took the time to not just sell me windows, but also to educate me on what was in my best interest and why. He very well could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but he went above and beyond. I expressed what I wanted and after the consultation, he advised against a few things I asked for to save me some money and then suggested a couple of different style windows that would be more cost effective than what I was looking for. Most businesses will not recommend cheaper products so that they have bigger profit margins, but Marty was only interested in what was best for my situation. He then squeezed my order into another order to save me quite a bit of money since he would have gotten a price break due to a bigger order. The installation crew was fantastic; Ron and his crew were concerned about quality, speed and cleanliness. They kept me in the loop for window delivery times and installation timelines. They were early on each day and got the job done, all 22 windows, in about 10 hours between 2 days. I had some rotting wood issues that would have caused some issues down the road, but Ron had some extra materials on hand and only charged me for the materials, he threw in the labor for sizing and installation which he didn���t have to do. Not only are our new windows amazing, Ron took it a step further and made sure to point out an issue with my newly replaced roof and advised me on what to tell the roofing company to prevent damages from being incurred on my home. All in all, I would highly recommend Guardian Windows and their staff to handle your home and I would definitely rehire them in the future in the event that I need their services again.

Guardian Windows sent Jose and his team who arrived at the day and time they said. They knew what they were doing and did an excellent job of taking out the old windows and replacing them. They cleaned up inside and outside. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing windows. Plus I feel like the price was excellent.

The workers at Guardian Windows are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were helpful, and explained all the steps as the project was completed. They even answered questions I didn't even know I had! I was amazed that in spite of my having about 30 windows, the project took less than two days. Kudos to Mr. Scarpati for his top notch business, and his excellent team of workers! Before the project was even done, neighbors were coming over to admire how pretty the house now looks from outside. I recommend anyone in the Houston area who wants a cost effective, highly professional window replacement job done to call Guardian Windows. Wish I'd done it sooner!

Excellent clean-up and installation

Our relationship to date with Guardian Windows involves the discussion of the window installation, production information, on-sight measurement and project cost estimate. We talked to 5 window vendors and chose Guardian based on experience and product quality. The cost estimate for the 4 windows was not our lowest bid. We found it reassuring that this project would not be farmed out to a contract window installer. Marty was involved in every step of the project to date.

They left several old windows and screens in my yard and left trash all over the yard.

These guys are very good. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done in good time. Excellent clean up. The windows are well made and fit very well.

Windows are nice - the job was a little messy, but I love my new windows!
