"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

"Waco Foundation Repair was one of four bids sought to level a 50+ year old house on pier and beam foundation. Mr Maddox was arrived on time for the estimate on 26 July and was personable and professional. He gave me an honest opinion of what the house did and did not need, did not talk down about other companies in the house leveling field. After considering all the bids, I decided to go with Waco Foundation Repair. The work was scheduled for the beginning of August without a hassle. On the day scheduled for the work, the work crew showed up just before the scheduled time and were ready to begin work at the scheduled time. The work crew were polite, professional and worked continuously until the job was completed that afternoon. The crew foreman monitored the house adjustments throughout the house and the work was completed without incident.

When fence was built, I asked for a rot board on the bottom rail (1x6), the extra price of the wood was included in the bid...They forgot the rot board and pickets go all the way to ground, we spoke of a DISCOUNT on the next job or rebate...never happened..

Owner of company took measurements for new sliding glass door...the measurements were wrong...Home DEPOT was kind enough NOT to charge me a restock fee.

When the new door came in weeks later, they didn't return our calls.  The rest of the work was complete and they were paid.

It was only a couple hundred bucks...we gave up...

I was going to call them when the door sliding glass door arrived for install...my wife said NO...

We hired someone else rather than give MCS another dime...

No...I would not utilize this company for anything other than PAINT and ROOF...
