"DUCTZ responded quickly to my quote request. They asked detailed questions about my home and sent a quote. We scheduled an appointment the next week. A team of two came to my house with a giant vacuum and tons of ladders. They prepared the vents, rooms, and general area with covers for lint and debris fall. They were professional and fast. The job took about 3 or 4 hours for my 1850 sq. ft., two stories house, one unit in the attic, and tall ceilings. They brought the ladders to access the vents. They disinfected the mold in the vents - the smell lingered for a day and was gone the next day. They also cleaned up any dust and debris after the job. They wanted me that some drywall or plaster around the vents may get damaged from their brush, but I don't see anydamage after the vent covers went back on. The owner is a stand-up guy. He was quick to respond to calls, texts, or emails. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for servicing. They did a wonderful job. Thank you! 10/10"

"Manny gave us a quote on Monday and was able to complete the work that same week. He's was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Him and his co-worker did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and ac system and he even showed us before and after pictures of all the work they did. Our system looks brand new and Manny fixed some safety issues that we weren't aware of. They even cleaned as they went and made sure not to leave any mess behind. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
