    Lousy!  Came; looked up at attic entrance to A/C in hallway; walked outside; looked at A/C compressor w/o removing a single panel; then said it need a part..."maybe a new compressor"; then left.  Did NOTHING!

    Neat, clean and efficient. Didn't leave until the job was complete and they cleaned up. Put in a new heat pump/air conditioner, sealed all the old venting, etc. Would definitely use them again.

    Went very well and he straightened out one of the ducts that was twisted in the attic at an almost 90 degree angle. This made the air flow from the duct much more forceful. Also changed out the filters and checked both units. Added refrigerant to one of the units.
