It always goes very well with them. Other companies I’ve dealt with over the years would always say something was wrong every time they serviced my system. Since I’ve been using Air Authority, that hasn’t been the case, so if they do tell me something needs repair or replacement, I trust that it does.

It's great! They come once in the spring and once in the fall to do routine service on my unit. They are always prompt and efficient. Their prices are also very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them.

It went well. They could have taken us on a ride by stating the whole coil needed to be replaced, but they didn't. They acknowledge instead that they found the PVC was broken inside the cabinet and simply replaced it. They even took pictures and provided them to us, the customer. The guys were understanding and professional.

Great! We had to have a part replaced after our air stopped working I called on a weekend day left a message they called me the next morning and came right away...replaced the part and the air is working good. They also call and and schedule for maintenance follow ups. They’re very good very happy with them so far. ?

Excellent experience, I could not ask for more. They handled all the rebates. I just filled out one form, and they did the rest. On time, helped ADT finish setting up a NEST thermostat installation. Price is what they quoted with no surprises at all. New system very quite and keeps things very cool with low humidity.

When SA iced over, every repair service was closed due to icy roads. When I contacted Air Authority, I spoke with a technician as opposed to an answering service. He spent time walking me through several things I could try myself and scheduled me for first call the following morning. Service was punctual and professional. This was not an easy fix... sort of a domino affect... but the tech stuck with it and was determined to solve the problem.

Highly doubt any refrigerant added although was included in price. Refrigerant never mentioned!
