"Everything was great! John was very responsive and flexible in speaking with me about my items in need of repair in the evening hours. We settled on 8AM next day for an on-site inspection of the items in question to provide a quote. John arrived after the scheduled time; however, he promptly notified me of the delay and called upon arrival which I appreciate.
