At my old house in Tyler, he 1) repaired an existing brick walkway, 2) installed a paver and stone walk way in the backyard 3) re-leveled an existing brick patio, 4) eleviated drainage issues in the backyard. At my house in Palestine, he laid a beautiful brick pathway 5 years ago and more recently laid a brick patio where the old rotten deck used to be He's 4th generation mason and his workmanship/work ethic is excellent. Gunite pools are not exactly easy to maintain—but we wouldn't call them "high maintenance." It's one of the longest-lasting pool options, but its porous surface does require a lot of care. You’ll need to thoroughly clean the pool often to prevent stubborn algae growth, and the pool will require higher chemical levels to keep it clean. 

The best time to run a pool pump is during the warmest hours of the day. Algae needs sunlight to grow and sunlight depletes chlorine. With that in mind, it’s best to run your pump during daylight hours to discourage algae growth and ensure proper pool chemistry. Keep in mind you don’t have to run your pump continuously for eight hours. Try running for a few hours in the morning then shutting it off and running it for a few hours in the afternoon.
