And it was mostly done by one technician and saw the problem with our pluming and called up a plumber and fixed it pretty quick. The technician did a great job. The only issue I had a problem with were the two previous technicians that arrived. There was road and sidewalk work being done by the city and the technician that we spoke to said that they could not do the job and to reschedule it. So, I called in to have it rescheduled and during that same week the other technician came by and had no problems about the work being done in front of our house and did the job that day with the help of the plumber. So overall great job and I will refer Bath Fitter to my friends and family."

The crew was here almost every day, working on the project. We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English.
