"I entered into an agreement with Adam to install an irrigation system and sod at my home. We agreed to a lump sum for both jobs, with me paying his requested amount for the irrigation system and the remainder to be paid when the sod was installed. The irrigation system was installed and that work paid for, but the morning that the sod work was scheduled to be done, I received a text from Adam saying that he was cancelling the work because he had thought about it and decided that I was not paying him enough for the work. It seems to me like Adam agreed to sod installation (which was a good price) to win my business for the irrigation system (which was market price). This is bad business and a bad way to treat people, especially customers."

"Got quotes fair price first was going to be extra because of all the leaves that needed to be picked up and extra trim leaves were never picked up, then next schedule date no show a week later they came by only did the back because they were running late and would come back the following week to do the front yard that never happened. When I called their office and explained this to the lady she stated she would talk to owner and would get back to me that never happened then a couple of weeks later one of their works knocked to see if I needed service I stated the above and said yes please he started to blow the leaves out front five minutes later they were gone and paid each time. I called their office and this time I spoked to the owner he stated the same as the lady before him and I got the same results no replies and now they avoid my calls."

He was always attentive to my requests large or small. He does that extra to make sure things are done right. During the biding process we will take the time to listen to your needs and concerns and come up with the best solution to irrigate your lawn in the most efficient fashion. We use only the best products available for residential sprinkler systems. Hunter and Rainbird are the only brands we use. Through my 16 years of experience I have found that these brands are by far the best, with the least amount of problems. Although there is only a 3 year manufactures warranty on these parts, I have found that these brands will last far beyond the warranty period. Take your time to browse through our site and give us a call when you are ready for your free estimate. The service fee charge is from $80 up to $100 depending locations. 1 hour cancellation notice.

There are many "like" companies, and they all have their busy schedules and skills, but Chris and Neptune just stood out well above everyone else. It started with the quote. He arrived on time and prepared, and had the quote done the next day. Once we scheduled the job he was on time and managed the job personally. Our job was quite complicated to include water pressure issues, and we could not be happier with the completed project! You just don't expect this level of customer service from companies like this, at least we didn't, and what a refreshing surprise to know that company's like Chris' DO exist. The old addadge that customer service matters is so important, because "word of mouth" advertizing can be so powerful. Chris can count on us to share our story! He came by as promised, took notes on what we wanted, which was minor compared to the work he had already done, and said he would get back to us. Never heard from him again. He has NEVER followed-up on the original job to ensure everything was working. Some of the plants he installed died, he said he would take of that. Never heard from him again. This was not the first time we used this company, but I would never recommend them or would I ever hire this company again. E-mailed several times early on to find out what was happening, NO response ever. Very disappointed in a company we thought was reliable and trustworthy."
