Neptune Sprinklers

First off, WE cannot thank Chris and team enough for the level of work they put into our yard! It was a difference maker! The level of customer service these guys deliver is really special. There are many "like" companies, and they all have their busy schedules and skills, but Chris and Neptune just stood out well above everyone else. It started with the quote. He arrived on time and prepared, and had the quote done the next day. Once we scheduled the job he was on time and managed the job personally. Our job was quite complicated to include water pressure issues, and we could not be happier with the completed project! You just don't expect this level of customer service from companies like this, at least we didn't, and what a refreshing surprise to know that company's like Chris' DO exist. The old addadge that customer service matters is so important, because "word of mouth" advertizing can be so powerful. Chris can count on us to share our story! I was really impressed with Neptune Sprinklers. They were friendly and responsive and repaired the valve control quickly. I was able to talk them about some other work I needed done around moving/adding sprinkler heads. They came back a day later, knocked everything out, and cleaned everything up really well. The cool thing is that they took great care of our grass wherever they dug such that it should recover with no issues. Super appreciate that! I'll definitely be using these folks in the future for any and all irrigation needs. Thanks Neptune!

Chris responded fast to my initial inquiry and came out timely to complete a quote for us. Chris was very engaging and answered all our questions. We asked if he could get extra grass for some dead spots in our yard, which was seamlessly accommodated. Wasn’t able to start for a few weeks due to other jobs, but ended up starting our job much sooner than what we had initially discussed. System is very user-friendly and yard looks pretty darn good after digging everything up.

Chris (the owner) was the only one who returned my calls to get a quote, so I went with his company. Chris is very easy to work with and took the time to understand my concerns and to explain the work to be done. Since he doesn't have an admin assistant, it sometimes took a while for him to get back to me by email or phone. But, his crew did very good work, they were professional and courteous, came on time, and finished quicker than we expected.

Great job. Completed the work in 3 days. Installed new sod over all of the sprinkler trenches that have taken hold and almost completely blend into the existing yard.

Tho the schedule was interrupted (ironically) by rainstorms, the crew was here every possible day and finished as quickly as possible (despite the heat and high humidity). They kept the yard in good shape as they worked. Chris stayed in touch with me so I always knew of adjustments to the plan. When everything was installed, he returned to set up the controller, show me how it works, and how to adjust it as needed. Turns out his Angie's List description is dead-on accurate! Thanks Chris!

I found Neptune Sprinklers on Angie's List. Called Chris, explained the problem and he was able to schedule me for service the following day. Showed up on time, very professional and immediately went to work addressing my concerns. Replaced two sprinkler heads but also found a leak in one of pipes that I had no idea was there. It was a quick and easy repair as well. A great experience. Neptune is at the top of my list for Irrigation service.

Chris was the owner. He was very nice an polite and I'm very pleased with the job he did. He even gave me a senior discount, which was a pleasant surprise. I will absolutely call him next year.

Based on the positive experiences documented on Angie's List, I called Chris at Neptune Sprinklers. Normally, I would receive 2-3 bids for comparison. I found Chris to be prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonable in his estimate, and agreed to hire him without calling any other contractors. He works alongside his employees, oversees their work, and inspects the job prior to departure. We did have to call him for a follow-up repair, but he was quick to respond, and did not charge. I would highly recommend Chris and will continue to use him.

Chris, the owner, is great to work with.  He did everything he said he was going to do.  We only needed the front yard at this time.  He installed a sprinkler system and new grass.  The sprinklers work great and the controls are so easy to change when needed.  We went from a yard with very little grass and lots of weeds to beautiful new grass that looks great.  He said it would take about a day and a half to do the work and that is exactly what it took.  His guys were so quick and professional and knew exactly what they were doing.  My neighbors even commented on what a great job they did.  When we are ready for the backyard, I will definitely call Chris.  We went with Neptune because they had wonderful reviews and they also install grass.

So, a neighbor offered to help but he didn't get to it.  So got on Angies List and first person I called was Chris at Neptune.  Then I called several others in case Chris didn't call back.  Well, he called back with a hour or so and came following date to do repairs.  Replaced sprinkler and checked all of sprinkler system to make sure it was running correct. Then we discussed some landscaping I wanted to do in the fall or winter and he will be coming back to do that/  Chris was right there, on time and he knows his business.  I would definitly refer him to any one who wants a good, hardworking and honest.  This is your guy.  Call him first.  You will glad you did.

Fairly prompt response in a day or so (it was busy time of year).  Set up time for him to come out and he checked it out and gave me my options.  I opted for new controller unit as there were no guarantees other options would fix it and they weren't much less and I wanted it working as soon as possible.  He setup and explained new controller for me and tested all the heads.

I had a major backyard project that cut a large sprinkler zone in half.  The contractor didn't do sprinkler work so I solicted several bids for the job.  Chris not only had the best bid but he also sheduled his work around my other contractor.  The others that offered bids were either significanlty higher or wouldn't work around the other contractors.
Chris replaced nearly all the heads in my backyard, rerouted the zone in my backyard.  The original plan was to expand my 6 zone yard to 9 to cover the drip lines I was adding to the planters as well as the additional heads.   He figured a way to do the job with the 6 existing zones and offered to reduce the cost since he didn't need to add another controller box.  I decided to keep the larger box for future expansion.
He was responsive, quick and professional.
I highly recommend using him.

The gentleman arrived on time, and he did a reasonably thorough inspection of my sprinkler system.  However, he only seemed concerned with installing a completely new system and didn't try to find more cost-effective solutions.  Additionally, he was rather bitter when I told him that I had found another company to address the system's issues at a lesser cost.

The work as mentioned above was completed in about two hours. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service rendered by Neptune Sprinklers.

Chris responded quickly when we called, could come out the next day and called before he showed. Really pleasant, quick to get the job done and professional. We had a simple problem but I would definitely use this company again for a bigger project.
