We had to board them up and that made the inside of the church like a dark cavern. We managed to raise the money to have the security screens put on all of our doors and the sanctuary windows. This time, a year of so later, we raised the money to do two of our office windows and the windows in the fellowship hall. Trend and their employees know exactly what they are doing and sell an excellent product."

His pricing is very transparent, as he provides an itemized list for everything he charges for. He’s just a real solid, old school type of guy that you can trust to do what he says he is going to do. He’s also very up front about anything that he doesn’t feel qualified to do. He keeps his job site clean and hauls off all the debris and waste. He’s very flexible and easy to work with. I messed up and bought the wrong kind of tile for the floor, but Ted worked with me to get it all straightened out. I would advise you to clear anything you are going to buy with your contractor first before you buy it. Overall, I highly recommend Ted."

Louie and Ily reached out immediately, listed to our concerns, requests, and HOA requirements and were able to not only provide a quote for the needed work but also quoted out replacing our fence at a more than reasonable price. They started working in February and I told Chris I wanted permit and he assured me that they would get a permit but came March and they never pulled a permit. They never finished the job. The first week of November they came back wit h the inspector. The inspector told that he needs to do one more thing and after that Chris never came back and I ended up hiring someone else."
