"Jarrett and his team did an excellent job. We are beyond happy with the final product. They were all very professional and personable. Jarrett and his team was able to give us options on design as well as provide an excellent finished product.
The only complaint we had was that it took much longer than orginially expected. We were given a timeline of 3-4 weeks in the beginning and it ended up taking about 8 weeks to complete. In part, this was due to some unforseen circumstances that Jarrett did a great job of working with, but it in the end, it take much longer than expected to complete the job.
Jarrett, however, came out to our house on a Saturday when we noticed an issue, leaving his own personal commitments to help us with our needs. Not many contractors would do this, so we were incredibly pleased. He also came to the house to check and fix a minor issue even after he was paid in full.

"The job went well as long as the owner was there.  He did not keep a good eye on the work.  He passed along bad reports of the work progress from his help.  When I went to confirm, it was different than what he reported to me.

  They would do a lot better if he stayed on the job with his crew.  In the end, he had to step in and finish it on his own time anyway.

It is not a good idea to pay these guys before the work is done.  They tend to take a few days off after being paid.

They did not provide a punch list.  I had to walk through and prepare one for them.  I thought it was strange that they did not have any means of quality control.

They had to come back several times to finally get most of items on the list fixed.  Some of it didn't get done.

They did not have a licensed plumber or electrician.  As a result, we had to hire a plumber to come and re-do most of their work as we spent a lot of money on wood flooring and did not want leaks.  We also hired an electrician to inspect and redo some of the wiring.

In the end, I did not feel I got what I paid for in workmanship."
