Joe was very attentive and active in the installation process.  He told me he double-sealed everything.  I was initially so impressed with him.
Six months passed, and I started seeing some issues with the granite.  It has some mettalic/mica type spots that shimmer, and Joe forewarned me to be careful with that.  We have been careful, but still the "dents" have occurred.  I have called more than 3 times and have been told that he was too busy to come put epoxy to fill the dents and reseal the granite.  I have never received a call back to even say that he is willing to set a date to remedy this situation.
In essence, Marble Craft did a fair job on the fabrication, but has done an awful job with assisting with the maintenance of my granite.
Installation of the marble in my bathroom was not completed as well as it should have been.  Even my builder made a remark about it.
Overall, Marble Craft has really let me down and I will not recommend them to anyone.

They were professional. The cost was reasonable. They did good work. The communication could have been a little better. We knew what day they would show up but not what time. Their cost was a lot cheaper than another company. They warranty their work.

With exception of some extra items plumbers were asked for by us, met estimate exactly. |Were on time and finished as promised. Cleaned up so no mess.

Had to redo the panels due to marks in the finish. Still have marks in the trim pieces.  I was told it is a newer product for them and

they had not been using it long so hopefully this will improve with time.  Nice people but a lot of wasted time to get it right.

As with most large scale remodeling jobs, MC had to bring in third-parties to finish some of the work. Though the MC workers were almost always on time, some of the third-parties were less reliable. Of course, this will be true of any major contractor. The main deciding factor among the various local granite and cultured marble vendors is materials choice and the ability to choose your stone ahead of time. MC offers these options with a greater selection of cultured marble and on-site granite slabs.
Another comment on the timeliness: MC has been advertising on TV recently, which seems to be generating a lot of business. If you are in a rush, they might not be able to accommodate due to the backlog queue of jobs. However, if you need something done right (even if it takes some time), they seem to be among the best choices in the BCS region.

I've had a good experience with them. I went with them because I had heard from a couple of people that they were reasonable and did good quality work. They were professional and they were on time.

On time, on price. I had no problems at all.

We are very, very pleased with our new granite; family and friends think it is absolutely beautiful. Joe, Jessica and the staff were so pleasant and accommodating from the first day I stopped at their yard. They let us know about several granite yards in Houston where you can go and actually pick out the very slab that you want. We went to Houston and found exactly what we were looking for at Hilltop Granite-Sally was so helpful with guiding us to the possibilities after we gave her an idea of what we were looking for. Her assistance was greatly appreciated as we had no idea how overwhelming this huge indoor granite yard would be. The installation was done very professionally and on time. Joe was very, very helpful in his suggestions and pointed out things and made suggestions (at our request) which we had not thought of and added to the beauty of the installation. The installation crew was very careful and took care to hold down the amount of dust that could filter to other parts of the house. I had very little dust to clean up when all was done. We also had them put in a new stainless steel sink which we love, and the plumbing, (drilling and hookup) went smoothly. There was a small hitch after a slight leak was found the next day after installation of the new faucet-however, this was fixed promptly and no more leaks. Overall, we are very, very happy with the way the whole process went.
