"Genie Bath System did a fantastic job doing some renovations to make my master bath more Special Needs accessible. Widening the entrance to the commode, updating some wiring for the ceiling fan, and best of all taking out a standup shower and Linen closet and putting in a new double-wide roll-in shower for my daughter's caster wheeled bathroom seat. They ran across a few unanticipated issues with the wiring and never complained or tried to get more money. We have been using the new bathroom for a few months now and the difference is amazing. Previously the process for potty and shower was 4 transfers for her, picking up the chair into the shower, and me standing outside the shower to bathe her. They replaced my sagging waterlogged floor, created a walk-in ADA compliant shower, took a vintage buffet and refinished it and created a beautiful vanity, installed a beautiful tile floor and tripled my storage by creating a giant custom bathroom linen closet that I still have not been able to fill completely. The bathroom space is the same but feels twice as large. We have other projects and we will be calling them. Oh, and my home is a manufactured home. Communication was key and constant. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
