They all worked very hard and most days were long hours. Fernando kept us informed about what time they’d be showing up as well as the plan for each day. Our house still isn’t completely level but it was extremely unlevel before their work and we feel like they got it as level as it could get. In the past, I have not been satisfied with most contractors who’ve done work for me but I’d definitely recommend Fernando and FSS to others."

(My house is almost 100 years old, and different codes existed different times - vents, beams and piers.) The crew did their work starting early, coordinated with me on their schedule and my pups. (Letting the pups outside in the backyard and such.) And, when a crack was discovered in the existing cast iron pipes (plumbing where the house settled on the pipe) the crew worked around my plumbers.
