"This young man talked so long on this interview/visit that he really didn't leave much time to clean my floors, which was what I needed. Then he only did a mediocre job. Actually, he didn't follow my instructions so the floors weren't really "cleaned" at all. He just moved all the dust, grass and dog hair around with his broom (which I asked that he not use), then used my steamer which created dirty smudges on my tile.
