"When I bought this house, it was was filthy, smelled horrible from outside even, was rodent and roach-infested. Counters, floors were wet and rotting. Everything had to be torn out and rebuilt. Now my home is beautiful. The bathrooms are lovely. There were no short-cuts or rush jobs, or anything left unfinished. "This young man talked so long on this interview/visit that he really didn't leave much time to clean my floors, which was what I needed. Then he only did a mediocre job. Actually, he didn't follow my instructions so the floors weren't really "cleaned" at all. He just moved all the dust, grass and dog hair around with his broom (which I asked that he not use), then used my steamer which created dirty smudges on my tile. Perhaps this extremely nice young man should stick to cleaning vacant homes for builders.
