"It went smoothly.  They cleaned the duct at the dryer connection and then accessed the roof vent through the attic where they removed a screen from the flap. The screen was not supposed to be there and was blocking some ventilation.  After this they fed the vacuum hose through the dryer vent up to the attic to remove any extra lint.  I decided to purchase a new vent hose and they installed this.  They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them to others.
