"We have been having an issue with a the dryer venting correctly since the installation of a new dryer. We had not experienced an issue previous to the new dryer installation. The installation company contents that it is not their installation that caused the issue and recommended that we have the vent cleaned. We choose to go with Climate Doctors based on their Angie's List reviews. They also happen to running a $89 offer. Tech Chris arrived as scheduled and worked on the venting from both ends for a considerable period of time without improving the air flow. He contacted the owner of the company Paul Boyd to seek additional direction. Paul got on the phone and walked me through what he suspected to be the issue. He indicated that he suspected it to be a disconnect pipe in the wall that may have been caused by the dryer installation. However, his techs were unable to see into the venting and offered to find us another service provider who could perform the work. Within an hour I received a call from Maria in the office with a recommendation. They had contacted the other company on our behalf to discuss our issue. Shortly following her call I receive a call from Sue with Home Safe ( a competitor) to discuss the issue and set up a time to do a no cost inspection. It is often difficult to find a good service company and we feel fortunate to have chosen Paul Boyd and Climate Doctors. Not only did they complete the service offered Paul reduce the cost to their standard service fee of $29 because e felt they were not able to correct the issue."

"Isaac was so respectful, educating, professional and reliable. They spent about 4-5 hours in my home doing the air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I had called to get quotes from 4 different companies and his prices were reasonable (not the cheapest and not the most expensive) for the amount of work that was done. Their were some companies that were cheaper, but Isaac was great in educating me on the quality of work that was done at some of the lower priced quotes. He also warned me that many companies will quote you low and then when they start the work, will tell you something else and increase the price. Isaac never changed his price from the original quote. Make sure you ask them about installing the UV light (it kills germs, bacteria and viruses that get into your ventilation system). Their price to install the UV light was almost 70% less than some of the competitors that were offering them."
