The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. I found a plumber who was available on an urgent notice. This was pre 4th of July but he came out to look at the job to see what was going on. He never mentioned the price of the job on the phone. When he diagnosed the problem, he said it was $250. I told him that was really pricey for just replacing a Moen valve in the faucet. He said the price is actually $280 but he was giving me a cut and that he's never gone down that low in price. I signed his contract after the job was complete and he left. Installation of drainage system in back yard, flowerbed reconstruction, paver blocks installed for 4 beds in back including fresh dirt and plants. They also created a paver patio and did same for my front porch. I recently called then to correct blunders left by a tree service that destroyed my yard. They cleaned up the mess, created block borders fir 3 more beds, trinmed my large oak tree in front, and placed sand in holes left in yard by other group.
