"I contacted Paul and explained that I had non opening window with a crack on the outside pane. I sent him a picture of it with approximate measurements. He came out about 5 days later and measured the window and quoted me a price of $425.00. He said he would order it and fix it the next week. I got an email to pay half the bill, which I did. I then received another email to pay the remainder. I replied that I would pay the other half once work was complete. I tried reaching Paul for over two weeks and he never responded to texts or phone calls."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
