What a great crew! On time, worked hard, productive, with the right tools for the job. They did a concrete wall demolition job that was not easy - and did it with quality results. Communication was great as well.

the company did an excellent job. they were out the next day after I hired them, and they finished the job in three days. My floors look absolutlely beautiful. I got a mahoganey stain (reddish) with a high gloss finish. I can practically see myself in them. they are incredibily smooth to walk on. everyone that has seen my floors, loves it. Nestor was very professional and pleasant to work with. He went way beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. I would highly recommend NBM to anyone.

The floors were from 1930 and good quality Oak. Nestor did an excellent job and after it was done ALL THE SHOWINGS WENT VERY POSITIVE AND WAS RENTED A WEEK LATER

The color is perfect and we have already received so many compliments. I asked for some transitions to be put in after the floors were done and they were out the next day to cut, stain, and put them in. Great price, great work, great service!

Nestor came out, looked at our worn hardwood floors not refinished for almost 30 years. He gave us the assurance that our floors would look great and sure enough, they do! Better than new. They are gorgeous. NMB is quick too. The floors were done in two days! The hardest part is going through 28 years of stuff, but that is our mess to deal with. Nestor and his crews did a fantastic job refinishing my wood floors and painting. His crews worked over the Thanksgiving day holiday to get the job done while we were on vacatoin. His crews are very trustworthy as like I said we were gone for the enitre time and his crews had free access to our entire house. There were a few minor touch up areas that needed attention and he jumped on them right away. Nothing major just a few painting spots that needed retouched was all. He even painted a couple of extra areas in the kitchento be sure everything matched perfectly. We will defiinitely use NMB again for our next project! Great job!!!

The estimate for the work was reasonable and the workers arrived on time, were courteous and very efficient. All of my expectations were met.

The work has been fine, though the team will be pack in January to finish up what has not been completed (and which is already paid for). I also had to get after the workers about cleaning up after the work was copleted.

NBM took on a difficult job that no other floor company was willing to do--refinishing the spindles and handrails on our staircase. NBM worked with us until we were satisfied. Our hats off to a good crew and dedicated owner.

We are very pleased with the job Nestor's team did on refinishing our old hardwood floors. A two-man team worked straight through and finished the job in one day. Bookshelves and doorways were covered to keep the dust to a minimum and they left the rooms clean on completion of the work. Nestor was very helpful in advising us on how to handle the job and we have asked him to look at another project we have in mind. We would not hesitate to recommend NBM Development to friends.

Hours were flexible, gave me a quote late into the evening. Came the following week and, although it took 2 days, the contractors were very careful in their work. The holes in my sheetrock looked like they were never there to begin with! Cannot beat the price he gave me, it was wonderful.
