"Ordered deep spring cleaning through amazon. Floors not cleaned, countertops/stovetop left dirty. Windows/sills not cleaned. Paid for 7 hours of work and only received 6 (4 people for 1.5 hours). Contacted company to complete job as ordered or partially refund and was told they are "very sorry they missed a few spots" and they dont include windows despite what the amazon order says... no resolution, credit card charged in full."

We use only biodegradable chemicals and get rid of stains the others can't. Take advantage of our 5 rooms (and two free hallways) for $99 deal! The deal includes a deodorizing detergent. Large rooms of 200 sq. ft. or more will be an additional charge. We offer red stain removal, heavy traffic stains, gum stains, rust stains, and we dye carpet. We have a truck-mounted unit that heats up to 230 degrees which will kill all germs. We pre-treat heavily stained areas at an additional cost. We also offer Scotchguard treatment and pet odor removal treatment at an additional cost. We charge 69 cents per square foot for tile cleaning. Contact us for pricing to clean upholstery.

I gave her an A and stated the one thing that I did not like that she did. Angie"s List will be contacted to update this information.
