This was the second time to use this company and this time the owner sent has part time employee.  I was a little sceptical but this gentleman work just as hard to please me as the owner did on the carpet cleaning job that I hired him for my mother-in-laws house.  This company wants to do a good job and they do.  The spots that I thought were going to be dark turned out to be spots that were missing grout, thats on me, not the cleaning company.  After all thisis grout that has been on the floor for 15 years.  My mother-in-laws carpet, the study has been used as a cat box by their ailing cat, it stunk, down to the concrete, they cleaned, they deoderized, they clean, they deoderized. the owner spent a lot of time on the job.  He had to leave the carpet wet, he requested no one walk on the carpet until it was dry, easy to do, no one was living in the house at the time.  He and I both thought the smell might not leave and the carpet would need to be replaced.  After it dried, the carpet looked great and smelled fresh.  The house sold as is.  Great job both times.

I was very pleased. They came in and were very professional. They are very aware of the areas they worked on. When they were cleaning everyone had to remove their shoes and the floor was soapy wet but they cleaned the floor so I was able to walk on them within few hours. I would strongly recommend them.

It went fantastically. Adam and his associate showed up right on time with a truck full of gear. When I asked, he told me, step by step, and in as much detail as I wanted, exactly what they were doing...why they were doing it that way...and what they were using.
Since then, I've recommended Scientific to numerous friends, all of whom have had the same experience as I did.

They were great. I like his knowledge about cleaning and the advice he gave us to do the cleaning ourselves in between big cleaning.

-Adam is excellent and very well-studied in the chemistry of carpet and cleaners. He has a strong background in science, as an engineer, and decided to start his own business. My background is in engineering also, so I could converse knowledgeably with him regarding the process. I used him to clean the house that I had just closed-on; it was previously occupied by renters with two dogs and 2-3 kids. He set my expectations and what would and would-not come clean, as well as how long it would stay clean given the age and quality of the carpet. This man is knowledgeable and has integrity. Hire him.

Third time using this company and owner Adam showed up with assistant on time as always. He checked out the area to be cleaned, quoted the cost, then they got to work making my carpet clean, fresh, sanitary and smelling good. Whole house smells good now. Will be using this company again. No complaints or concerns at all.

I was so impressed by my first visit from Scientific Cleaning and Restoration that I've called Adam for three subsequent jobs. I'd just purchased a house and found, on moving in, that a relatively large paint stain (bright blue on beige carpet) had been hidden under the previous owner's furniture in one of the bedrooms. It looked as if the paint had soaked through the drop cloth and had dried long ago. Adam arrived promptly and made an excellent impression as he examined the stain and outlined how he would approach it, the kind of non-toxic cleaner he would use and his chances of success. Even though he wasn't sure he could remove 100% of an old blue paint stain, I had confidence that he was interested and engaged in solving this problem. He brought in equipment, hoses and other tools being very careful of the wood floors and other carpeted areas. After several maneuvers involving solvents and drying fans, the stain was 95% removed. Only a tiny discoloration remains - an amazing job. While he was waiting for the stain to dry he also cleaned the carpet on the stairs paying special attention to the slightly discolored areas at the edges of the stairs.
I asked Adam to come back and pressure wash the wooden deck which looked pretty neglected as well as wash the driveway and clean oil stains and other messy spots on the garage floor. He and his helper arrived on time and tackled these jobs using a variety of tools including a special pressure washer head that removed grime without damaging the wood surface of the deck. I was very pleased with the improved appearance and cleanliness of the deck, garage floor and driveway.
A month later the homeowner's association sent a notice saying I would have to re-paint a section of the second story exterior and remove the green moss growing there after a wet winter. I called Scientific Cleaning and Restoration to pressure wash that area and to clean the gutters on the second story which are very hard to reach with such a steep roof. Adam and his helper did another great job and the problem was solved without having to repaint.
Finally, last month I noticed a bulging area in the drywall of the master bathroom. I was afraid there was some kind of leakage from the attic. Adam came out and assessed the situation. Using a laser thermometer he could tell - without damaging the drywall or paint - if there was moisture involved. It turned out to be a loose area of wallpaper which had been painted over. This visit saved me money and worry.
Each job was priced differently but all the charges were reasonable for such high quality work.

He call the same day I e:mailed him and we set up an appointment date and time. He arrived on that date and about 10 minutes early. He did an excellent job on the tile and on the carpet he made carpet that is 10+ years look like new. This carpet had only been professionally cleaned two previous times in 10+ years. My wife and I were so pleased we made an appointment for him to come in November and clean the carpet again before the holidays.

They were very good. Before they started their work they gave an exact estimate of how much it was going to cost, they said specifically what they were going to do and how, then, once they started their work, they showed me how they were working and cleaning. They moved all the furniture with no problem, and they were very neat and clean about everything.

This is a great local business and I really try to support local small businesses as much as possible. Adam came out yesterday and did an amazing job cleaning the carpet. We had horrible pet stains and Adam took the time to explain the process for cleanin these stains. Now, the carpet looks brand new and the pricing was VERY reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

After walking through the rooms with Adam - who arrived right on time - we discussed noticeable spots and was up front about whether or not they would be able to get them out completely or just lighten them a bit. The per square foot estimate he gave me on the phone matched the estimate he gave me after taking measurements. All the rooms I had done were upstairs and they actually ran the hose through our upstairs window rather than through the front door and up the stairs. Made it easier to on the A/C bill not having the door wide open the whole time. We have a very large master bedroom and he deducted the square footage of the small amount of furniture that I did not remove (bed, entertainment center). I removed the furniture myself prior to them arriving just to speed the process up a bit as I had a 2 year old who would need a nap. He actually waived the 2nd story fee since I had done so. He explained the process, the treatment, the equipment, as well as what to expect after they were done and dry time and I was able to go and see the cleaning as it happened. Was completely different than any other carpet cleaning I'd seen before. The carpets looks great, the stains I expected would be removed are gone, and I've finally found a carpet cleaning service I'm happy with and would definitely call on again and recommend to others.

We desired all natural cleaning products. Adam explained the differences between the products available and what we could expect. We decided to try the all natural products. After the first cleaning, we waited for the floor to dry to see the results. Upon returning, Adam immediately recognized the areas that needed additional cleaning which could not be seen when the floor was still wet, and for no additional charge, re-cleaned the floors to remove the remaining dark spots in the grout. Being very satisfied with the results after the 2nd cleaning, Adam sealed the grout. We are very pleased with his work.

Fantastic! We wanted all natural enviormentally safe chemicals to clean the carpet of the house we were moving into, we looked online and found Scientific Cleaning and Restoration. They were very accomodating to fit us into their schedule. Our carpet had a lot of spots and looked in pretty bad shape. They explained to us the equipement that they would be using and the options that we had to choose from. They then worked very efficiently to clean the carpet, and showed us the difficult spots that they had worked on, and what may or may not be able to come out. They were very open to having us contact them if we noticed any areas that needed additional cleaning after the carpet had dried. We will definitely use Scientific Cleaning and Restoration in the future.

What a great experience all the way around!!! Adam arrived on time for both the original estimate and the actual carpet cleaning. On the day of the estimate, he took careful measurements and fully explained everything about his cleaning approach, from how they would move our furniture to the chemicals he uses and why. On the day of the actual cleaning, Adam and his assistant were both very professional and worked hard the entire day. They carefully moved all of my furniture--even my king size bed and entertainment center! Adam took the black light around to check for pet spots and then got right to cleaning my carpets. They made sure to dry out the carpets as much as possible as Adam continued on to cleaning my tile and grout. Adam re-explained the chemicals and treatments he was using to me, which, being pregnant, I very much appreciated. He also answered any and all questions I had. When the carpets and tile were done, they carefully moved all of my furniture back and made sure to put plastic tabs underneath so that it wouldn't hurt the still-damp carpet. Adam advised me to keep all of our fans on, and by the next morning the carpets were basically dry! On top of that, they look better than they did even we we bought the house! Our tile has never been this clean and our grout looks amazing! My husband and I were both incredibly impressed with the results, as well as Adam's work ethic and professionalism. I've already recommended him to all of my friends in the area, and we'll be hiring him again come July to clean our upstairs in preparation for our baby's arrival!

The owner set up an appointment with us and arrived on time. He was neatly dressed and very professional. He spot-tested the upholstery before beginning and chose the appropriate method. He was prepared for steam cleaning or dry cleaning. Ours were steam cleaned.

He was careful and paid attention to detail. My upholstery was NOT over saturated at all.....dried quickly with no musty odor. And, I have to say, our love seats were WELL USED and puppy loved before the cleaning, and afterward the upholstery looked like new. No kidding. Several months out they still look great. For those wondering about carpet cleaning, I haven't used them for it, but I would definitely be willing to try them.

They came out initially to provide an estimate and discuss options for the carpet restoration. They did not have to do any spot removal, and they scheduled the service date at that time. On the scheduled date/time, they showed up on time. First they did carpet stretching, and then carpet cleaning. The carpet is beautiful. The stretching/cleaning ended up taking a little extra time, but they did not charge additional money for the extra work. The initial estimate is what the final bill was. The service tech was very professional, on time, and thorough with the explanation of the green (pet-friendly!) products and the process and options.
