The technicians were very professional, completed the work thoroughly without rushing, and I was very happy with the results. Carpet looks great and my couch and loveseat look almost new again!

Excellent! Very through job on all items. Bill did super job on the air ducts. And Eric did a great job on the carpets. Very pleased. Price quoted was price paid! Very different from other quotes I had gotten. High ceilings and 19 ducts in a 2 story home. It was not easy!

When Gilbert arrived, I ask him to evaluate the carpet and determine if it was worth cleaning. He looked at it and stated that the carpet looked like it was several years older than I guessed; but it was still worth cleaning, After cleaning all 8 rooms, he told me the waves and ripples in the carpet were due to worn out padding under the carpet. None of the davits were fluffed out. He said that I would need to replace the carpet and padding. He recommended Carpet Giant. I don't understand why he did not stop after or during the cleaning of the first room and discuss the problem with me.

As a retired CEO, we all must learn from our mistakes. The training manager Mrs. Leslie R. followed up on this situation and refunded me a portion of my payment and provided me with VERY IMPORTANT information on what to do to receive relief. This was truly appreciated, because it helped me until I could take care of what my builders really initiated (sawdust and paint left in the HVAC duct system during the building of our new home). Thank you so much for your time to take care of me and help me get relief as a person first. For this reason, Yes I would try COIT AGAIN. God Bless All of You!

The drapes were taken down for cleaning within two days of calling for an appointment, and we were told to expect it to take up to 6 weeks to get them back owing to the tremendous flood damage to homes in the Houston and surrounding areas. They were ready in 6 weeks and came back fresh and looking new again. Several pair I had not been able to drape over furniture to keep from getting wet had residual silt stains on the bottom, However it appears that careful brushing with a soft brush is removing the silt bit by bit so the stains are barely visible. The blinds cleaning and upholstered furniture cleaning happened on the same day after the carpeting and tile flooring and baseboards were installed. Sheetrock dust was everywhere until the concrete floors were finally covered, so there was no sense in doing the cleaning until that was done. Again, the cleaning was scheduled within two days of calling for an appointment. And by this time Coit was swamped with calls for help from flood victims. We considered the cost for all the services to be most reasonable and highly recommend this company. We have FEMA insurance and will likely be reimbursed for the expense, but if we did not have it the cost would be affordable. Coit Drapery Cleaners have been around for decades, and my Mom and a dear Aunt had recommended them some 5 decades ago. They were right. The sheetrock installers also recommended Coit. First service 9-21-17, last service 11-16-17.

Very good, initialed we sent the curtains to them, but they told me that they pick them up and take them and when ready they installed back. I did that in another set that we did not sent the first time. The service is very good and accommodating to best time for the customer.

It didn't! When I called to inquire about whether or not they were coming today, she used the excuse "we have had some computer issues ". There are many other good companies performing carpet cleaning who would appreciate the business. I have used Coit many times before. Never again.

The services rendered by both reps were exceptional. they both were very courteous, punctual, informative, and extremely professional. Both services were performed to the highest standards and we felt we got our moneys worth

I decided to use Coit because in the past ( at least 10 years ago) although expensive the work was excellent. The Coit representative via phone told me that many times the rugs could be cleaned on site. When the workers arrived, they explained that 99% of the time the rugs must be taken out of the house. They cleaned the sectional and talked me into a protective spray for an additional $85.00. Linda continued to call offering me protection on the area rugs starting at $175.00 and then ending at $50.00. A week later, one Coit employee arrived to put the area rugs back. He asked me to help lift pieces of furniture including a sectional and a very heavy ottoman. I called Coit because I thought that two employees should have been sent. I asked for Linda and she apologized and referred me to Robert Gonzales, Operations Manager. When speaking to Robert, he asked, " Did you offer to help him move furniture?" I explained that his employee asked me to help. Also Robert said,"You should have rescheduled if you didn't like the service." That is the new Coit....Still very expensive and with no costumer service.
