Once directed to Rockin IV Enterprises, I filled out a request for a quote and within 30 minutes received a call with a quote for the work I needed done. The next day, Charles was able to come to repair and re-weld the fork on my tractor. Pleasant, personable and extremely dedicated to doing the job right, he took the time to carefully review the work and plan the best method to provide the strongest possible repair and then proceeded with preparing the parts for the best fit. I was impressed with his attention to doing the job well as he carefully cleaned and removed all flux before starting the next weld in order to have metal on metal. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
