"I needed to have a broken fork on my tractor repaired and welded back together and was having difficulty finding someone willing to do this small job. Many would not even return my call. Once directed to Rockin IV Enterprises, I filled out a request for a quote and within 30 minutes received a call with a quote for the work I needed done. The next day, Charles was able to come to repair and re-weld the fork on my tractor. Pleasant, personable and extremely dedicated to doing the job right, he took the time to carefully review the work and plan the best method to provide the strongest possible repair and then proceeded with preparing the parts for the best fit. I was impressed with his attention to doing the job well as he carefully cleaned and removed all flux before starting the next weld in order to have metal on metal. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Our relationship started out as Mr. Westbrook and quickly escalated to "Wally".  This guy is so friendly, attentive and get this actually listens to your ideas.  I have dealt with other building designers in the past and they have "their" agenda and "their" designs and they want to show you just how smart they are.  Wally listens to what you want, designs it and then tells you why or why not something works or doesn't work.  The guy is great and you get your building but designed properly.  What you might think sounds like a great idea could be a future disaster.  He walks you through the minefield of building design.  His design for our school and residence was first class.  I would recommend him most highly to anyone interested in having a real professional with years of not only designs skills but also hands on building experience.  He is the perfect combination of both.
