I called HMS (Wesley) and he came right over and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He added some Freon to my unit and gave me some tips on how to keep it cooled down in this Texas heat. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
