"I’ve used Hooks Maintenance Solutions several times. The past time was just two months ago when my AC wasn’t cooling. I called HMS (Wesley) and he came right over and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He added some Freon to my unit and gave me some tips on how to keep it cooled down in this Texas heat. Within a couple of hours my house was cool again. I would give HMS a 5 plus for the efficiency, knowledge, and overall customer service. Wesley goes above & beyond for his customers. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
