"Matthew helped me to repair an existing security gate. The gate had no power when he showed up, and we tried to power the gate. After the gate had power, it still wasn't fully functional. "We called Accede, Inc. out after being referred to them. We had a couple of problems and were told that they were a full service construction company that could take care of both problems. Jess and Andrew with Accede responded to our call by arriving on time. They both removed their shoes before entering our home (without us even having to ask!) to look at our first problem, which was a leaking metal accent roof on the front of our home. The roof was leaking into our youngest daughter?s room. Jess and Andrew looked at the leak from the inside and then viewed the roof from the outside. We then showed them our second problem which, was the sagging iron entry gate. Jess and Andrew emailed quotes to repair both issues that night. We obtained several other quotes, but, on a side note, none of the contractors we called could provide quotes to repair both issues. After reviewing our options, we felt most comfortable with Accede and contracted them to perform both repairs. Jess and Andrew had both their masonry and metal roof repair crews out promptly, and within one week both repairs were complete. Jess and Andrew did a leak test on the metal roof leak to assure us that the problem was fixed. The sagging wrought iron gate was repaired by removing the cracked brick gate post, reinforcing it, replacing new matching bricks and welding the latches/gate jam into place. After a very cold winter with snow and ice, our gate and roof are performing as good as new. We were very impressed with the professionalism and communication of Jess and Andrew with Accede, Inc. and have referred them to many friends and family."
