They are so friendly, very professional and excellent at what they do. They moved my furniture wherever I wanted without any complaint about all the stairs, helped put my grandfather clock back together after I took it apart, removed artwork from a wall that I couldn't reach and offered to help me out wherever they thought I could use it. "The move was professionally done. Members of the moving team were pleasant and informative. They carefully assessed the best way to get the piano in my house. Unfortunately, an accident occurred when moving the piano out of the seller's house, leaving some gashes in the wood along the front of the piano. I was not there and the seller did not see what happened, so have no idea why the damage occurred. The company was most gracious in giving me a reduced moving fee for the damage. This should help in covering costs to try to hide the wood damage."
