Above All The Rest Moving

CAUGHT THE OWNER WATCHING P*** IN THE BATHROOM. He was in their for a really long time so I went to the door. I clearly heard it and knocked on the door. He acted weird the rest of the move. He knows I heard him. It was very loud.I wanted the move to be over as soon as possible. This company is freaking weird man. Do not fall for the deals. Movers dragged their feet moving , played with my gym equipment causing a higher rate for the move. They damaged my massage chair and lost the LED light strip and controls for my desk. I called several times over several weeks and they have done nothing to either repair, replace, or compensate me for the damage. I strongly recommend that you use a different moving company than these people. They do not make it a priority to rectify problems.

It turned out great. It was very reasonable. It was really good, it was the best. It was very good quality. We had no problems. They were very responsive to answer my calls. They called me back if they didn't answer right away. They were on top of things. We changed the day a couple of times and they were very accommodating. They were very punctual. I think if I'm not mistaken, I know he called and said he was running late on a previous job that he already told me. They were on top of things. I wouldn't hold that against them, things happen. They were very professional. They gave everything up front. They told us what they needed to do to make things go faster, cheaper for us. You know, they do the packing or we do the packing. If we did most of it, we would get done in a shorter time. We gave their information to a friend that needed things moved.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If they break something, you may not get it replaced, or fixed.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company.  Mark and his crew were professional, efficient and took extreme care with our goods

When they arrived they just got right to work.   They followed my wife's directions liked they knew where it needed to go before even being told.
  
I wish I had known of this company when we had to pack the truck, we would have hired them right away.

Great job and great company

The crew was friendly and focused on the job.  They worked the whole time, minus a brief break, which is understandable, of course, considering it was well over 90 degrees.  The only reason I didn't give the 5th star is because the uniforms were not as professional in appearance.  I do believe that the task is far more important than appearances.  I feel that a crisper uniform would attract more business when people see the crew working.  I will hire this company again!  I enjoyed the crew!

Prompt service. Regular communication leading up to the move. Employees arrived on time and were neat in appearance, professional in demeanor and freindly. They worked h****** what I considered a difficult move because the truck had to be packed for multiple stops and drop offs. The weather was hot and humid and they worked 7 hours straight without a lunch break. In my opinion, they went above and beyond in being careful with our items and were very flexible when something needed to be changed. The owner of the company even checked in with us mid move to make sure we were satisfied. This was the second time we utilized this company and we will be utilizing them again to move our military son when he returns from deployment. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a really fair price, good communication, and a job well done. Moving is stressful enough - let these guys do the work.

Wasn't sure when I would actually get into the area from Florida, but made a call to Mark the day I arrived.  That evening, he sent a crew over to help me unload my stuff.  Above All to the rescue.  The crew was fantastic and so very friendly.  Thank you to all.  This would have been an exhausting nightmare without your help.  Mostly, thank you for helping me that very day.

The crew arrived earlier than scheduled, but called ahead and asked if that was ok. They were very efficient and careful with our furniture. At the end of the move, there was no furniture broken of scratched. Also, the men were very professional, courteous and polite.

Went very well... he was very confident and very assuring.  Had some heavy couch pieces that were very well wrapped...no damage to anything.  Ended up a bit pricey in my opinion.  Next time I will take the high end of the bid range given when budgeting.  There were about 10 things that went awry and he rolled with them and overcame.  He was sensitive to my prioirities, and I suggest

giving him plenty of communication about your priorities if you have a complicated move.  Overall I have to say that I am very satisfied with the way I was handled!

The services were very nice the guys came and loaded up my house in a few hours. My husband and I paid for the services and were told to contact Mark for a receipt. I have contacted him several times. Each time he has reassured me his secretary would e-mail me a receipt so, we could be reemburssed by my husbands employer for the moving cost. As well as for tax purposes. After sending Mark a message again yesterday he reassured me that he would personaly send me a receipt a few hour later. I waited until today and still have not recieved a reciept. My husband called Mark again. He did not answer, call back or send my reciept. I would not recommend this provider to anyone besided off of the lack of professionalism.

The guys were prompt and friendly. Got the job done with no issues! Great job.  I would recommend them!

Excellent--Mark and his crew were very upbeat, polite, and very professional. They took great care with the furniture--it arrived undamaged--I was on the loading end and had to stay--my wife was on the other end--she was very impressed with crew--we have shop stuff still to move when shop is finished in Alabama--we will be using Mark and we can highly recommend his outfit to others either for local or long distance moves

This was a minor fiasco. Overcharged, underperformed. Did not deliver what he promised. A logistical mess that cost top dollar. Would not ever use again.

Moving is very stressful, but these guys made it as painless as possible. Mark, Randy, and Santos worked so hard, and yet they were always smiling, positive, and extremely responsive to our needs and special requests. All of our belongings, from antique furniture and fragile heirlooms to lawn art and potted plants were meticulously packed, crated, loaded, and unloaded with great care. The guys were so helpful, assembling beds and dressers, and placing items exactly where we wanted them. They were awesome. Their company is aptly named. Thank you, Mark, Randy, and Santos!!
