"First of all they didn't close 4400 cf, second they are all documented you just want free move, that is all. Very tricky of you to have all these people involved when you were absolutely aware of charges. Yes, they dropped couch accidentally, it was heavy it can happen. we had 26 foot truck, we don't have 16 foot trucks. 2 X 26 foot trucks. So stop saying something that is not true."
