He has a passion for his business, customers and takes great pride in his work. The basement and porch are now fixed and look great. "I found Medina Construction on Home Advisor 4 years ago. They did a remodel of the kitchen and laundry room. They also painted two bedrooms. The job they did was outstanding. We had moved to Livingston and recently had a fire in the attic. Part of the roof and rafters were destroyed. Two of the bedrooms and both bathrooms were also damaged. The entire interior needed painted and all the flooring needed replaced. They did an excellent job. He also put in all new windows. Heà ¢à  à  s very professional and really knowledgeable. I had said before that I wouldnà ¢à  à  t use anyone else and would recommend him to anyone. No job is too big or small."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
