"It went very well. Wally and I spoke on the phone where I explained to him what I was looking for. It was difficult to find someone who was willing to do some simple plans without all the permitting details. I explained to him how things were done in rural Vermont and he accommodated us. We spoke with Wally a number of times over the phone and worked with him interactively on his drafting program. We ultimately went to his home and spent a couple of hours talking thru the plans and making changes while discussing limitations etc. It was a very productive and helpful meeting. We ultimately came out of that meeting with a set of plans that were tweaked a little afterward and used for permitting. We have received the permit and will start in the next week or two.

After contacting numerous other "foundation experts", Willie provided the best plan and backed it up with his overall knowledge and certification/training in basement/foundation repair. He and his team do great work and take no short-cuts when it comes to the overall quality of the work. He also was very flexible when other requests were made and he gladly accommodated. He has a passion for his business, customers and takes great pride in his work. The basement and porch are now fixed and look great. "I found Medina Construction on Home Advisor 4 years ago. They did a remodel of the kitchen and laundry room. They also painted two bedrooms. The job they did was outstanding. We had moved to Livingston and recently had a fire in the attic. Part of the roof and rafters were destroyed. Two of the bedrooms and both bathrooms were also damaged. The entire interior needed painted and all the flooring needed replaced. They did an excellent job. He also put in all new windows. Heà ¢à  à  s very professional and really knowledgeable. I had said before that I wouldnà ¢à  à  t use anyone else and would recommend him to anyone. No job is too big or small."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
