"David, the owner, personally came by and gave us the quote for the work. He is an honest businessman with integrity. He was easy to work with and answered all questions that were posed to him knowledgeably and amicably. He also takes great pride in his staff and employees. The employees who did the job (Joshua and Charlie) were friendly, communicative, and thorough, making sure that all leftover parts and trash were taken care of. The repaired gate looks and operates great. I asked them about keeping some of the old wood slats from the gate to repair some other slats in a nearby part of the fence and they offered to do that work while they were there at no additional charge. I had pointed out 3, they ended up replacing 5! That work also looks great. Only one minor piece of constructive criticism: the new gate has a gap near the post. It is unavoidable due to the how the mechanisms work. We had been referred to David's website to see a picture of what it might look like and did not note that. It would have been good to have an understanding of that so that we could discuss what options might be available to mitigate at the time. Still very pleased and looking forward to doing business with Ultimate Handyman, LLC again and would recommend highly."

The fixture has two tubes--one had burned out, but the other was still working. He pulled the burned out tube and took it to the nearby Home Depot to ensure that he bought the right replacement tubes. When Dave came back within a few minutes with the new tubes, he first inserted one of the new tubes and then swapped out the old tube that was still working with the other new tube.
