Inexperienced installers who only had 3 weeks for one installer and 3 months for the other installer. Uneven cuts, and things coming apart after 3 days. Just hope they come out to repair as they did to install.

I wish I had a physical on-site consultation first instead of just over the phone. The grab bars I purchased were a bit of overkill. Had to use the 2nd one in the shower because it was too big for the toilet room. So I ended up with 2 grab bars in shower and none in the toilet room. Understood that placement and size if always dependent on how the tile is lined up and where the grout lines are. Ultimately, with the options provided by Bryce, I am very happy with what I ended up with. There was no damage to my shower tile and I learned what I needed in the future for the toilet room - altogether different than what I initially planned on.

I received a quick response from my inquiry for service to start with. The customer service was exceptional; courteous and professional! They took their time to explain the quote and gave a professional opinion on what would be most cost effective between the rear and front of the building in terms of getting a ramp. We settled on the front and it was an excellent choice. The workmanship was excellent and we are very pleased. We would recommend them and use them again.
