"A÷ service. Lance stayed and made sure everything was working properly before he left. And all done quickly at a fair price. Thank you"

"Andrew did a great job building a lattice around my deck and shed. He was very thorough and he explained everything that he was going to do before hand. The price was also very reasonable and I am very pleased with the finished project."

"They scheduled the repairs for the very next day-showed up on time-and cleaned up nicely when they were done!"

"I hired Chris for 10 light installations that required higher construction and electrical knowledge than a typical Handyman. From the onset, Chris provided excellent communication and estimates for all of my revisions! Chris was on-time and fully prepared with an extensive tool armory.... ready for any curve ball he might encounter. The project took the majority of 2 days. Upon each installation, Chris gained my approval. Chris is highly professional with a positive personality. If you want someone who doesn't cut-corners, uses quality materials, doesn't give you lip service, and gets the job done on-time the right way with no surprises; give CAP Construction a call."

"Had my gate to the backyard and a section of my backyard fence repaired. Required placing new posts, replacing several boards and hardware on the gate. Arrived as scheduled, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards."

"David, the owner, personally came by and gave us the quote for the work. He is an honest businessman with integrity. He was easy to work with and answered all questions that were posed to him knowledgeably and amicably. He also takes great pride in his staff and employees. The employees who did the job (Joshua and Charlie) were friendly, communicative, and thorough, making sure that all leftover parts and trash were taken care of. The repaired gate looks and operates great. I asked them about keeping some of the old wood slats from the gate to repair some other slats in a nearby part of the fence and they offered to do that work while they were there at no additional charge. I had pointed out 3, they ended up replacing 5! That work also looks great. Only one minor piece of constructive criticism: the new gate has a gap near the post. It is unavoidable due to the how the mechanisms work. We had been referred to David's website to see a picture of what it might look like and did not note that. It would have been good to have an understanding of that so that we could discuss what options might be available to mitigate at the time. Still very pleased and looking forward to doing business with Ultimate Handyman, LLC again and would recommend highly."

"I had an awesome experience with Victor’s junk hauling service! He showed up right on time, worked quickly, and was super professional the entire time. He cleared everything out way faster than I expected and made sure to leave the area clean when he was done. His pricing was very fair and definitely worth it for the quality of service. If you need anything hauled away, I highly recommend , dependable, friendly, and gets the job done right!"

"Timothy was on time, honest, considerate, and very professional. He did a wonderful job. He removed a rotting post on my front porch, poured concrete and set a new post (making sure it was plumbed and level), sanded, and painted, making sure everything was covered to prevent getting paint on the porch. The new railing is extremely sturdy and beautiful. I am grateful for such a considerate and skilled individual. I would recommend him to anyone knowing that he would do a great job for them as well."

"Moved and modify a huge sofa that couldn’t fit through the doors — mission accomplished! 💪"

"Excellent. Robert Karnes was very professional and knowledgeable"
