Tony Batiste (owner) surveyed the floors in my 1950 built house for any problems that would impede the finished product from turning out to be absolutely sound and beautiful. There was an area in living area that was previously about a 3' x 5' register. It had been covered with some nonmatching material that felt insecure to me. Tony put some new wood there.sanded and stained it for a perfect match to the rest of the floor. There was also an area in hallway that was raised. Tony advised me to get confirmation that this was not a foundation problem which I did and it turned out not to be. None of the other 2 contractors mentioned this potential problem. Also, the other contractors wanted the rooms cleared of furniture. Although I had a couple of friends do this, Floors 2 Luv offers to do this for nominal fee. I can say I now have Floors I Love."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/tx/houston/floors-2-luv-reviews-2545076.htm"},"position":9},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"Expert Electric","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"TX","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Jeff G."},"reviewBody":"Scheduled service for technician to come out and survey the task to perform the job. Cleared land for us, took down a couple of trees with just a mini excavator great work, great operator
Please do not book through this company. They are awful. They do not do the moving and contract the move out to an equally awful moving company. They do not help whatsoever after you sign the bill of landing, and they have your deposit. Repeatedly misled me on the moving timeline. Overall...

I called Missouri City Fence on the enthusiastic recommendation of a friend. We set an appointment for 1 pm on a Tuesday for them to come out and give me a quote on the work. At 12 pm, they called and said that they would be unable to come out that day. We then rescheduled for the following...
Glen came by to survey the trees and make recommendations about care and trimming. He came back about a week later with his team to do the work. Very professional. I will definitely use this company again.

FAQs for land surveying projects in Hardin, TX
Land surveying can help give clear guidance on your property boundaries for numerous situations. And in some cases, having your land surveyed is a requirement. Some common reasons to have your land surveyed include:
Planning for construction projects, like building a fence
Locating utilities, such as plumbing fixtures
Settling property line disputes
Creating subdivisions
Meeting mortgage requirements
Selling your property
Land surveying costs about $530 for the average homeowner. However, your total cost could range anywhere from $200 to $1,000 or more. Factors like the size of your property play a significant role in what you pay, but other things like the survey type and the time of year can also impact the final cost.
For example, if you’re looking for a simple boundary survey, you can expect to pay between $100 and $600. However, if you want a more in-depth survey that depicts the elevations of your hills and trees, you can expect to pay between $500 and $1,200 for a topographic survey.
A few different types of land surveys can help determine certain features and boundaries of your property. These include:
Boundary surveys describe the actual borders of a property. These are generally required when trying to get construction permits issued.
Location surveys provide much of the same information as a boundary survey but also include in-depth information about any improvements made to your property.
Mortgage location surveys are usually required by lenders and title companies before financing or offering an insurance policy.
Site-planning surveys are done before applying for building permits and can be issued before any major home improvements.
Topographic surveys provide a formal map of land elevations. It can also describe the location and size of natural features and any land improvements.
Land survey reports provide a lot of helpful information about your property and land. The exact information provided depends on the type of survey you have done, but common information that they can provide includes:
Location of utility fixtures
Clear boundaries and dimensions of your property
General topography
Land elevation information
Confirmation of easements or encroachments
Land surveys don’t technically expire. They do serve as a point of reference and a snapshot of your property, though, so as soon as you make changes to your property (and even if your neighbor makes certain changes to theirs), your existing land survey becomes inaccurate, and a new one must be done. Even if you don’t make any changes to your property, many states only guarantee the accuracy of a land survey for five to ten years.
