Tony was very responsive and both he and Paul did a great job. Since we have a modified vehicle (for a wheelchair), it was a bit more complicated, but they got the job done well.

My starter went out over the weekend, but this morning it started randomly so I grabbed the kids & drove over to RPM. They got me in without an appointment and had my car ready for pick up in less than 3 hours. AND they washed the exterior! Paul and Tommy are always sweethearts!! They try to keep things in a reasonable price range, will they tell you if something else is going on yes, but I do not believe they go actively searching for more problems to add to your bill. I drive into Houston because I trust them to do a great job, in a timely fashion, for a good price, I don't think you can ask for more than that in an auto-mechanic. Would (and have) recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanic!!! THANKS GUYS, YOU'RE AWESOME!!!!

Everything was great. Didn't have to wait too long. I had purchased an air filter from Orielly's and they installed it at no charge. Will definitely be back for more repairs. Also, was able to use discount for Angie's List subscribers.

Very honest. They explain everything in advance. They send you to the dealership when the damage is covered by the warrenty (Very Very Honest) very accurate with when they are going to be done very paitient very professional very CLEAN!!! They are also very nice and well mannered and polite. very nice clean and cool waiting room and bathroom. you can even drop the car at night and leave the key in the box and the next day they will start working on it. Even the exterior of the shop is very clean. You can get advice and suggestions for the car over the phone. I highly recommend this shop especially for women. I have been going to them for 10 years and won't go any where else

The cost was fair. The shuttle serve was very nice service feature. What I was very disappointed in. Was that my car smells like cigarette smoke every time I get into it. Not cool!

Quality people with small town values. A genuine interest in giving you the best service possible. They treat you like they expect to bump into you at the grocery store or at their kid's school. Reminds me of the kind of people and service you used to be able to get from small town dealerships. Of course well before they all started becoming more focused on their commissions or the deal of the week. Honest communications and quality work from highly trained mechanics. I can't imagine ever taking my truck to anyone else.

Very professional. You can tell they have a dedication to customer service and integrity. I actually had a diagnostic done before taking it to them to see if they would come up with unneeded repairs. They actually found the same issues and quoted me less than the company I originally had complete the diagnostic. No hard selling or BS.
My only concern for them is what will happen when the owners retire? How will they keep the level of service they have now? I am sure they have thought of that too!

The A/C has been working fine. It was a same day service, which was very convenient. They have drop off/pick up services available for their clients.

I left my car before they opened (since they have a key drop available for early clients), because they needed it for two days to do all the work. RPM provided their driver to pick me up from work and take me home. On the last day he came and picked me up at home and brought me back to pick up my car. It was a total plus in getting my car serviced because I had to continue to work! Paul is always very cooperative and answers any questions that you may have. If more specificity is needed, the mechanic working on my car was able to give me a blow-by-blow of what they found, what was done, and any suggestions as to what needed to be done in the future. The shop reminds me of the way auto repair companies used to be when they were helpful and you didn't need to diagnose your own problems. I have been extremely pleased with all the work that they have done, and I will continue to use them in the future!

I had already made the appointment on my last visit to continue with the list of repair items that needed to be completed. That morning I took my car to RPM and checked it in and the driver took me home. When the car was ready, the RPM driver came and picked me up. The car was ready and Paul gave me a printout of what was still needing to be repaired and the priority of repairs. I scheduled my next appointment again before I left.
